We pop our corn the old-fashioned way – on the cook top in rice bran oil. We then make a rich treacle caramel, coat the corn and try very hard not to eat the whole bowl before it’s packed.
NOTE: Once your packet of Caramel Popcorn has been opened, if you have the strength not to eat the entire bag, please ensure you seal the remaining popcorn in an airtight container. If you don’t, consider yourself warned: humidity will make your popcorn sticky and soggy!
