A style which holds a special place in the hearts of all craft beer drinkers. Two types of crystal malt were used to build slightly more body than usual in this beer. This was necessary in order to balance our intense hop regime during its 90 minute boil (not to mention the dry hop). This constant layering has created a plethora of piney, citrus and tropical fruit notes.
